Beautiful upscale neighborhood with million dollar homes. Safe for walking, biking, and jogging. Convenient to restaurants, grocery store, banks, shopping, post office, and entertainment. Charter fishing boats, parasailing, family pirate ship, dinner cruises, dolphin watch boating, minature golf, and jet ski rental are available. Lots of family entertainment at Pier 60...magic shows, henna tatoos, Carribean braiding, juggling, animal acts, and live music nightly. See gorgeous sunsets each night on the beach or at 4 and 5 star hotels beach bars (Hyatt and The Pearl). Visit the Clearwater Beach Aquarium to see the infamous dolphin, Winter, who was the recent star in the movie, A Dolphin Tale. There is always something to see and do in the area or just relax and enjoy sitting by the Gulf or the pool.

Retired professional educators who love the outdoors and new cultural experiences. We love to hike, bike, boat, jet ski, water ski and snow ski. Larry enjoys racquet ball and golf. Kay enjoys cooking and gardening. Both enjoy reading and watching the Virginia Tech University Hokies play football. We are experienced home exchange participants who have shared their home with visitors from New Zealand, Mexico, Germany, Italy, Australia, Hungary, Costa Rica, Alaska, Colorado, New Jersey, Virginia, Florida, and North Carolina to name a few. Also willing to open our Smith Mountain Lake, Virginia home for a nonsimultaneous exchange.
