| Clearwater Beach is located in the heart of Tampa Bay. We are about 45 minutes from Tampa International Airport, 90 minutes from Orlando's Disney Attractions- Sea World - or Universal Studios. We have the loveliest beaches in Florida with our cyrstal clear waters and many activites to take part in. You don't ever have to leave the beach. We have Pier 60 which hosts fishing and sightseeing during the day and evening festivities of art shows and musicians. Within walking distance to great shops, restaurants, and night clubs - there is somehting for everyone! Two huge sand playgrounds for the children not to mentions all of the water activites to take part in. |

| We just completed two exchanges this past Christmas in Germany and New Years in Tuscany.....great times! We are open this summer 2008 to destinations in Costa Rica and Spain and/or England in the near future! |

This is the second home for Jose and Corinne and Corinne's Mother, Karin. Jose (43) is an Artist and he and his wife Corinne (44) run an interior design firm in Clearwater. They have two teenage daughters: Domenica (18) who enters college in fall of 2008 in Rhode Island and Catiana (16) enters her Junior year of High School. Karin, who is retired, is originally from the Eastern region of Germany - just outside of Berlin.
