Our home is approximately 2,600 sq. ft. and was built in 1973. We recently updated many aspects including remodeling the kitchen and updating the Master Bath. It is a great family space with 4 bedrooms, a first floor child's playroom, and a large upstairs bonus room with a murphy bed which can sleep 2 additional people. In total, the home can sleep 8 comfortably. Our bonus room also doubles as an office and is equipped with internet connection, fax, and printer. We are situated in a quiet cul-de-sac directly across from community pool, park, basketball courts, volleyball courts and tennis courts. We have a large, private back yard which is completely enclosed. In the back we also have a full playhouse for small children.

Irvine is located in southern Orange County. We are a 15 minute drive to Newport Beach, Laguna Beach and other local beaches. We are also half way between Los Angeles and San Diego. Our neighborhood is an established, quiet family location. Our closest friends live in the neighborhood and will be available to help with any questions. Our home is just 20 yards from the community pool, park and tennis courts. We are also only a five minute walk to local shopping centers.

De mensen
We are a family of 5 - Arnaud and Tricia are 47 and 41 respectively and are both in the real estate business. Claire is 6 and Madeleine is 5 and Elise is 8 mos.. Arnaud is French and Tricia is American. Kids are split right down the middle, but honnestly more French than American. We love outdoor activities and have a garage filled with outdoor toys and games.
