Het huis
Our executive home was entirely remodeled in 2003 and offers a bright, modern and open living space. The front entrance opens to a large living room with fireplace and cathedral ceilings. Between the living and formal dining area, French doors open to the large back patio / garden area. The homeowner loves to cook. In our spacious gourmet kitchen is a breakfast table and every cooking tool known to man. The kitchen opens onto the side patio which wraps around to the back garden with two large palm trees, deck with lounge chairs, two eating areas and a gazebo - all under the tropical canopy of the palms. Sit in the sun or shade and BBQ your dinner on our propane grill. A separate family room has ample seating, a fireplace and large TV/DVD with cable television. A downstairs office provides a quiet private space for work or emails. The downstairs bath includes a large shower.
Upstairs are three bedrooms. The master has a double bed, large master bath with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub, TV/DVD and stereo. Additionally, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, stereo, TV/DVD and cable television. These two rooms share a common full bathroom with two sinks, and shower/tub. Full laundry facilities are available.

A great location - we are located in a quiet neighborhood in Sunny Orange County. As a member of our local club (Woodbridge Association) , we have free access to 22 pools, 20 tennis courts 15 parks and two beach clubs - all in easy walking distance from our home. Our location is convenient as we are 20 minutes drive from Newport and Laguna Beach and 20 minutes from Disneyland. Less than one hour to the major LA attractions of Universal Studios, Hollywood, Venice Beach, etc. San Diego is a 80 minute drive south to Sea World and other sights.

Ed is a 46 year old aerospace exec and my wife, Mary 45 stays at home with our two wonderful daughters - Kate is 20 and Christine is 18.
