Our Villa is a combination of modern design and Balinese style.
The living and dining room space opens directly into a large beautiful tropical garden space with banana, mango and papaya trees at arms reach.
A 16 feet (5mtr) length bar connects the kitchen with the living and dining area, which creates a warm atmosphere keeping family and friends together. The kitchen is equipped with more than all necessary appliances.
The Villa consists of two bedrooms, each with private bathrooms.
The bedrooms are also equipped with AC, mosquito nets, and king size beds.
We have designed our master bedroom to feel as fresh as possible with an all white theme and large windows opening into our garden.
The guest bedroom is located upstairs, with a fresh and fun tropical theme.
Concerning vehicles, we have a new family van (Suzuki APV), equipped with baby car seat if needed; two automatic scooters and 1 motorbike. We are more than happy to include them in the exchange.
The Villa is fully staffed with cleaning service from 9am-1pm; and a babysitter and cook upon request.

We have the best of both worlds when it comes to our neighborhood.
The villa is located right off the main street (Jalan Basangkasa) surrounded only by friendly and warm local Balinese, yet in the heart of it all, Seminyak!!
_Two minutes from the beautiful beaches, surf spots and all trendy shopping and dinning areas. For all “Eat Love and Pray” readers we are only 45 minutes from the beloved Ubud area.

Our little family consists of Mathieu born in France, Mary Ann born in Jamaica and our new addition 15 month old son, Isaac born in Bali.
We have been residing in Bali for the past 4 years.
Mathieu works within clothing manufacturing and Mary Ann works within marketing and media.
We have two beautiful tropical birds as our only pets.
Our interests include traveling, surfing……….and scrapbooking for MaryAnn ☺
