| We offer a nice house on Bali in Kerobokan, the perfect location between Seminyak and Canggu. The house is very cozy and has a beautiful big porch with a big eating-table, a comfy hammock. The Garden is tropical lush and green. As it is our family home the house is fully equipped. Bali Buddha, a nice organic grocery store and café are in footwalk distance (10 min), as well as Café Moka, a french bakery and café. Different Beaches are a 5-10 min drive by car away, as Canggu Beach with the great Echo-Beach-House, Berawa and Petitenget. |

| The house itsself is situated in the small village Banjar Anyar Kelod. Bali Buddha, a nice organic grocery store and café are in footwalk distance (10 min), as well as Café Moka, a french bakery and café. The center of Seminyak with its nice and fashionable shops or its various restaurants is a 10 min ride away. |

Currently we are looking for a house exchange during the winter/x-mas-season in germany, austria or switzerland. Maybe we can tempt someone to spend this x-mas in a nice tropical climate?

We, my husband Markus and me (Britta), the kids Emil (4yrs) and Paul (2 yrs) are living since 2007 on Bali. Markus is economist and I am a lawyer and we are building up our own company here in Bali. Emil is going to the fantastic Greenschool and Paul is joining a playgroup at the Spiceschool in Seminyak. Now, as the kids are grown up a little bit, we would love to travel to a lot of different countries and do homeswapping and to get in contact with nice and open minded people.
We have two helper here in the house, Komang and Kadek, who do the housekeeping and babysitting if needed.
