Beautiful contemporary family villa located in Mas, a short 10mins drive south of Ubud. Minimalist & modern with large infinity swimming pool, garden & river views (built in 2009). The Villa is 30mins drive from the best Sanur beaches.
It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It includes a separate guest-room with ensuite bathroom and King-size four-poster bed.
The Villa has discreet live-in staff (3) for maintaining the outdoors, daily cleaning/laundry and who will assist you with grocery shopping if you wish. An experienced baby-sitter is also included.
Our 2 cars (Toyota Rush SUV/automatic) are included in the exchange, for self-drive or you can hire a driver. We can make recommendations for you.

The Villa is located at the end of a quiet private driveway, at the back of a local traditional village. It is about 1km off the main road (that leads to Ubud and to the south of Bali).
The environment is very quiet and the villa overlooks onto a small river, rice-fields and lush forest. The sunsets are beautiful, and lovely weather all year-round. It is 10mins away from Ubud, 45mins from the Airport, and 30mins from Sanur's beaches and lagoon.
Our village 'Mas', is the artistic heart of Bali, and home of many painters, sculptors & artists.
Ubud has just recently been voted 'Best destination in Asia' by the Conde Nest Traveler board, based on ambiance, art, culture, friendliness, lodgings, spas & sites...It is a lovely inland country-town with beautiful temples, scenery, jungle/mountain & rice-fields, excellent food venues & live music.
(we have many good tips & advice on Ubud & its surrounding. We would be more than happy to share this with you)

Parties travelling with children will find our home very practical. We have car-seats & booster seats, a high-chair, a folding cot, swimming toys, DVD's, many fairy dresses, books in french and english, a playroom with many toys, and 2 bicyles and a scooter to use on the terrace. Nearby, there is a beautiful Bird & Reptile park, Funworld (indoor huge playground for kids from 2yrs up), the Elephant Park (with elephant rides), the Marine & Safari Park and Waterbom in the south of Bali.
We both enjoy golf and will leave our clubs for you to use, as well as tennis rackets and a mountain bike. We are fans of hashing (HHH) which is a walking/running club in Bali. We are more than happy to give you all the details & meeting places.
