Our beach apartment is a second home, rarely used and available for non similtaneous exchange between May and September.

Large 105 m2, parking available for up to two vehicles, BBQ deck overlooking Arawakal National Park, Sea view from large balcony with dining outside and inside separate and deck chairs. 5 minute walk, direct path through the national Park to Tallows magnificient golden beach - usually deserted. Warm most months of year. ON the top floor and is the best unit in the complex (we have been told) as completely refurbished with modern amenties throughout. New smeg dishwasher and carpets. Tastefully decorated and spacious.
Amazing facilities available to all staying in the resort complex which has very friendly on site managers 24/7 for assistance.
Free Tennis courts, large hot tub/jacuzzi and dining barbeque dining area and free gas bbq maintained by the Resort Managers.
Quiet locations, sounds of crashing waves and 5 minutes to town by car to all that beautiful Byron and its hinterland has to offer.
Perfect for families , can accommodate 6 people maximum. There is one queen bed, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom and the lounge has a pullout brand new queen bed. All linen supplied and laundered by the Resort.

We live between Byron Bay and Bali.We dont actually reside in this property and is solely used for exchange and corporate use.
We manage a complex of luxury villas in Seminyak Bali and this property for exchange is part of the group however it is offsite.
The facilities of the Resort are available to anyone occupying the appartment.
