Our home is newly built (2003), decorator styled, and very open but cozy. Hardwood floors with area rugs, antiques, a new sofa and a mix of decor including pine tables, custom cabinetry, and original artwork set the stage on the main level. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a wood block center island. It is a cooks' dream! The upstairs is carpeted with individually styled rooms, including a guest room with queen bed, coordinating fabrics, and beautiful lamps, a girls room with two twin beds each with custom made headboards and tuile bedskirts, and a master suite with brand new queen size bed, canvas headboard, luxurious bedding, and whirlpool tub. The bathrooms have high end toilets, beautiful framed mirrors, faucets by kohler, and custom tile throughout. Our home has a wonderful back patio connected to the dining area with teak furniture and beautiful landscaping including apple vines, olive trees, and roses.

We live in a family oriented private-gated community of approximately 80 new homes on tree lined streets. The homes are all courtyard style, so our front door is not on the street, but down a sidewalk surrounded by impeccable landscaping. Our neighborhood is Tuscan inspired, with stucco houses, tiled roofs, and lots of olive trees! There is a high end neighborhood pool and clubhouse across the street from our home with jacuzzi, fireplace, toddler pool, and large pool, as well as a grassy lawn area, cabanas poolside with private tents, cushioned lounge chairs, and several BBQs. There are drive courts connecting 4 garages each, ample parking, and well lit streets. There is a walking trail connected to our neighborhood, as well as access to the beach (5 miles away), and all of the many attractions of Orange County, including a 20 minute drive to Disneyland. We are nestled between Los Angeles and San Diego, each about an hours drive from our house. Our neighborhood is on a sweeping hill nestled against exclusive neighborhoods and open space preserves including Bommer Canyon. There are incredible views from our neighborhood of the foothills, snow capped mountains, and city lights of Orange County and LA. IT truly is a slice of heaven!

My husband Geoff and I (Jenny) are in our mid 30s, have two young children and have lived in this neighborhood since it was built in 2003. We have a close knit family and enjoy living here so very much. Our neighbors are our friends, we BBQ at our pool frequently, we enjoy walking the trails around our homes, and visiting nearby parks. We love being close to the beach and we enjoy traveling as well. We frequently visit family in Minnesota and Wisconsin. My husband has his own business and I am a stay at home mom.
