Our Balinese home is a beautiful, free-standing villa set amid tropical gardens, yet only moments away from the many attractions of Seminyak.
The villa is typically Balinese in style, yet modern and comfortable.
In one pavilion, there is a beautiful outdoor (undercover) living space with adjacent air-conditioned dining room. This area overlooks the swimming pool and garden.
In the second pavilion, there are 3 bedrooms, all air-conditioned and each with its private en-suite bathroom.
And a third pavilion houses a spacious modern kitchen with an adjacent laundry room.
The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, oven, gas cooktop, microwave and all necessary utensils.
Daily maid service is included and so is gardening and security. We can also arrange pickup from Denpasar Airport.
Because our villa is free-standing, once you are inside the gates you will enjoy total privacy, without having to worry about other guests.
You can relax in the bale or on one of the sun lounges around the pool.

Seminyak is Bali's new chic and trendy district, close to the beach and home to some of the island's best restaurants, bars and boutiques.
From our villa, you can walk to at least a dozen excellent restaurants and the beach is an easy 10-minute stroll away.
You are very close to such iconic eateries as Kudeta, La Lucciola and The Living Room.. all a short taxi ride away or within walking distance if you are feeling energetic.
There are two wonderful delis nearby, where you can stock up on groceries, fruit and vegetables and wine.
The mountain town of Ubud is less than an hour's drive away.
This is Bali at its best.. the luxury of your own private villa yet everthing you need at your fingertips.

In essence we are two easy going mature guys who enjoy living well but not lavishly. We love travel, good food and wine, the theatre, keeping fit and making new discoveries.

An apartment in London would be great. So would Lake Como. But essentially we are open to any interesting destination. The swap would not have to be simultaneous. We could offer easy access to our Bali or Gold Coast houses at other times, if this is more suitable.
We would certainly consider other destinations as time goes on. Tempt us!

We are a mature-age couple (2 guys) living in Queensland, Australia. Bali is our second home. Gray is retired from a long career in real estate and Ian recently retired from his job in the media, so we have unlimited time to travel.

It is situated on the Gold Coast (close to Brisbane) and only a short distance from Gold Coast airport.
