Ons huis

Beautiful Condo 2 BR, 2 Bath in Sunny Clearwater Beach, Fla. Access to 3 swimming pools, hot tub, and a private beach.
Pool is located at this building and other 2 pools and private beach are directly across the street.
The Condo has an eat-in kitchen, living room, dining area, sun room with ocean views, 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed, another with 2 twin beds), each BR has a balcony with ocean view. 2 Bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a shower, and a washer/dryer in the condo. 1 private indoor parking space, street parking also available.

This is a quiet part of Clearwater beach, but short walk to restaurants, shops and activities.

Onze buurt

This condo is at the tip of Clearwater Beach. There is lots to do, including a nearby Aquarium, a Pirate Cruise and other cruises, water sports, tennis, golf, and popular Pier 60 with fishing, restaurants, a playground and plenty of other activities.

The condo itself is located in a quiet section of town but a short walk to stores, restaurants (there is one on the water right across the beach).

The private beach is very quiet, there are 4 beach tags. It is well maintained and the water is very pleasant and calm, suitable for swimming, fishing or long walks. There is a nearby aquarium.

The pools are heated and well maintained and open until 11pm. Many nearby golf courses, and Tampa is only about 25 minutes away, Orlando is under 2 hours away.

There is a trolley in town ("The Jolly Trolley") to take you around Clearwater Beach.

Over ons

We live in Connecticut and our family consists of four, including myself (Matt), my wife (Jane), our 5 year old son and our 2 year old daughter. We are non-smokers (and so are our kids!), we have no pets. We are respectful of others.

Other family members such as aunt, uncle, father, and mother-in-law may be joining us too; they are in their seventies.
